Compliance Management
As an integral part of the Bayerngas Group corporate governance, the Compliance Management system is designed to ensure adherence to the rules of the company. The implementation is based on the seven elements of IDW PS 980 (auditing standard of the Institute of German Auditors – Institut Deutscher Wirtschaftsprüfer).
